Appointment times are approximate; please leave extra time for the first session
Appointments can be made in person, by telephone or via email
Treatments are due for payment at the end of each session unless a course of treatments has been paid for in advance
Payment is by cash or cheque
Late arrival to an appointment will result in the full fee being charged
24 hours cancellation is required for all sessions, failure to give sufficient 24 hours will result in full payment being due. Please give as much notice as possible should you need to cancel or re-arrange as it not only prevents someone else having the appointment but also incurs costs for the clinic.
The clinic reserves the right to refuse or withdraw treatment
Discounts are available for courses of treatments and Gift Vouchers are available for all treatments.
