Kinesio Taping
Kinesio tape has been used for over 20 years for injury, lymphatic drainage and to either inhibit or facilitate muscle performance. It is widely used in sport but valuable in other areas to rest tired muscles or encourage weak muscles to perform better. Taping can be part of your massage treatment. Strips can be purchased for you to use at home and will therefore be measured and pre-cut in the clinic for your individual needs. Specially cut home strips will be charged at £2.00 per strip.
